Cancelation Policy

We understand things happen! To find the cancelation period for your meetup, please refer to the event description found on The Meetups page.

You can request a refund up to the cancelation period listed, usually 72 hours in advance. This is because most meetup locations require confirmations by this time.

If you need to cancel after the period listed for your meetup, a refund will only be offered if we can find someone to take your spot.

You also have the option to allow a friend to take your place.

No exceptions will be made to the cancelation period set for each meetup, even for reasons such as sickness, travel, Covid, or injury.

When you purchase a ticket to a Queen of Hearts Meetup, you agree to the policies set by Queen of Hearts and its hosts. You also agree that Queen of Hearts and its hosts can edit, change, modify, and cancel a meetup at any time.

In these cases, you will be notified through the email provided at checkout. If your meetup is canceled, you will be refunded the full amount.
